The kick upp tutorial: kick upps are what you will NEED to know in order to freestyle.

Around the world the most used football trick, you will need to learn this to move on to any other combo using your feet.

Hop the world tutorial a variation of around the world, its a bit harder to learn.

Crossover tutorial: this is a very nice trick to make as a transition from one move to another for a combo, for example, ATW-CROSS-HTW

Over the world: nice trick that looks much more complicated than it really is, pull this one of and your mates will think your a pro

Head stall tutorial: one of the most used tricks for any freestyler, wheter your a upper freestyler, lower or allround. you have got to learn this one, at the end of the day a tutorial for this trick really does not help much, it ends up being all about finding the right spot and getting the balance. TIP: practice balancing books on your head before, sounds silly but it helps

X-over tutorial: this is a variation of the crossover, what changes is the positioning of the legs, wich in this case have to be placed in the shape of a "X" at the momment of hitting the ball up, very nice transition trick

rainbow tutorial: this is a very cool way of getting the ball of the ground to start doing your tricks, it will make you look good every time (as long as you do it properly) you can also use this to go from a rainbow to a backstall, but that will come after....

heel throw: good trick, easy to learn, and can be used for quite a few things, worthy to learn

Hocus pocus: this is more of a futsal or football move than freestyle, although it can be considered a ground move for freestyle ground moves, nice little move.

REV. Cross: a variation of crossover, your doing the same move but reversed, very cool looking trick, and its the first step for learning a intermediate trick called AATW (abbas around the world)

flick ups tutorial: creative ways of getting the ball of the ground, allways good to know alot of these

chest stall tutorial: a chest stall is allways a good stall to know, its very usefull for alot of upper combos, and it you have any wishes of being decent at uppers let this and the head stall be the first thing you learn

Neck stall tutorial: another very used trick, its basic for any freestyler

push ups with ball on neck: this is a trick to impress the girls, hehehe, ok, not really, but it does make you look like MR. muscles, even though your only doing normall push ups, but for some reason having a ball on your neck while doing them, impresses alot of people, obviously you first have to know how to do push ups with no ball

MATRIX tutorial: this is a very impressive looking trick, even though it is VERY easy to perform, all you need is a ball that bounces quite a bit, and some back and neck flexibility and your set, ooo and also, good cordination to jump over the ball in the exact momment

Knee stall tutorial: a cool stall that will make you look completely in control of your body, and theres a few tricks you can do afterwards, like flick the ball up to a neck stall, or do a ATW with no touch in betwen

T shirt trick tutorial: a smooth trick that will make you look cool, it takes a bit of practice but the end ressult is awesome
